UNSAID STORIES is for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly process data for minors.

What we process

• Age confirmation and content-policy acceptance
• Anonymous session identifiers needed to build and deliver your story
• Temporary questionnaire answers used only to generate your private fiction
• Payment confirmation references from the payment provider (not your full card data)
• Anonymous funnel analytics (no story preferences attached)

We do not keep your story

Temporary questionnaire data and generated files are used to deliver your purchase, then deleted after the delivery window (default 60 minutes). Abandoned sessions are deleted within 24 hours.

Payment data

Card and billing details are processed by the payment provider under their own policies. We do not send your story preferences or story text to payment processors.

Cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies: age confirmation and an anonymous session cookie. No advertising or tracking cookies. See Cookies.

Legal basis

We process data to provide the service you request (contract / performance of service), to verify age and content-policy acceptance (legitimate interest / legal obligation where applicable), and for security and fraud prevention.

Your rights

Under applicable Norwegian and EEA law, you may have rights to access, correction, deletion, restriction, or complaint to Datatilsynet. Contact support@unsaid-stories.com. Do not email story content or fantasy details in support requests.
