No refunds
UNSAID STORIES sells custom digital fiction delivered immediately after verified payment. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations after the story has been generated and made available for download.
If something goes wrong
Contact us only if a technical failure prevents delivery after verified payment, for example:
- Payment succeeded but no download appeared
- The download link failed or expired before you could save the file
- A clear service error blocked delivery
Email support@unsaid-stories.com with your anonymous order reference (and session reference if you have it). Do not include fantasy details, questionnaire answers, or story text.

What we can do
Where a verified payment failed to deliver through no fault of yours, we will work to restore access or otherwise resolve the failed delivery. Preference dissatisfaction, change of mind, or dislike of AI-generated fiction are not grounds for a refund.
